By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the pp222 platform at pp222.club, you enter into a legally binding agreement with pp222. This agreement is constituted by these Terms & Conditions together with any additional policies, rules, and guidelines published on this platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the pp222 platform, whether registered or unregistered, regardless of the device, browser, or access method used. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the pp222 platform and must not attempt to create an account.

pp222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

pp222 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access any games, place any bets, or conduct any financial transactions on the pp222 platform. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. Players under 18 years of age are prohibited from using pp222 under any circumstances.

You are under a continuing obligation to keep this information up to date.

pp222 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, winnings being voided, and balances being forfeited.

Account security is your responsibility. You must:

pp222 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions or shared login credentials with another person.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance obligations, pp222 may require players to submit identity verification documents at any stage — at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the process is completed satisfactorily.

• Conducting any transaction using a stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment method.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or circumvent any element of the pp222 platform's software, security architecture, or intellectual property.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider-information-based betting on any sports market offered by pp222.

pp222 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in the investigation of fraudulent or criminal activity. If pp222 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being used for unlawful purposes, it will freeze the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and refer the matter to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

pp222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms & Conditions or any applicable law. The following circumstances may result in account suspension or closure:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 of these Terms.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised against pp222 by the player or by the player's payment provider.
• Inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as stated in the applicable schedule, and pp222 will make reasonable attempts to notify the player before applying such a fee.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the pp222 support team at [email protected]. If a player wishes to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons, pp222 will process the self-exclusion request within one business hour and prevent re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period.

Upon account closure, any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or verification requirements.

The pp222 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pp222 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted, and error-free service, it does not warrant that the platform will be free from technical interruptions, downtime, data errors, or third-party service failures at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pp222 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the pp222 platform.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, statistics, or content displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate or outdated.
• Any interruption to service caused by third-party infrastructure failures, internet service provider outages, or mobile network disruptions beyond pp222's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate account security practices.
• Any technical malfunction in a game that was caused by the game software provider and was not within pp222's ability to prevent or correct in real time.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pp222's liability for death, personal injury, or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by pp222's own negligence, nor shall anything limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of contract and consumer law applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from your use of the pp222 platform should first be raised with the pp222 support team at [email protected], who will make every effort to resolve it promptly and fairly.
